Jacelyn has a creative stint and a passion for commercial creative development. Throughout her years in creating, developing and managing her companies, she accomplished integrating commercial marketing platforms and she now provides her clients with a full service creative agency. She values every client with sincerity as her business partner and her commitment in business is to assist growth in her clients’ business.

She loves to be busy and her philosophy is always to be curious and learn with an open mind. She is starting to build another big dream for herself and for her team.

Jace enjoys good company and drinks in equal measure and has been rumoured to be cycling around the Marina Barage area at various times of the evenings. She says she can cook but no one believes her.

Thomas has more than 25 years of management experience in the fields of OOH , digital media , events and entertainment . Having started his advertising career at Pearl & Dean, he has since garnered an extensive and regional exposure through the holding of key management roles in leading corporations such as ComfortDelgro , MediaCorp , MM2 Entertainment and etc .

Prior to joining TAG, Thomas founded both SpaceArena, an events company, as well as ML Alliance, which focuses in bridging partnerships , fundraising and dealmaking in Asia. He works with Angel investors and Venture Capitals regionally for investment and fund-raising.

Thomas is very much into philanthropy and spends his time advocating and raising funds for several non-profit organisations and his buddhist societies.

Mychelle was exposed to the world of advertising when she did her Marketing and Finance degree at the National University of Singapore. Now heading the Sales & Marketing division, she has been basking in this industry for over 15 years. Watch her toggle between account-servicing, strategy, traffic and production roles in her daily work with ease, as she takes care of clients from the managers to the c-suite.

Multi-tasking aside, she’s also a problem-solver and drinking buddy who lends her ears, when you need one. Definitely a wanderluster waiting for the world to open up once again.

Mychelle oversees the Leftfield division as well as all internal and external marketing responsibilities.

A BSc (Hons) Business graduate, Tessa’s passion lies in engaging an audience and seeing concepts come to life. This made her join the event industry right after completing her degree.

With over 12 solid years of experience in event management, she has developed strong expertise in account servicing, event concept development and execution, manpower management as well as logistics. She is fully hands-on in executing every single project she has managed, from large-scale events such as the Health Promotion Board’s Mega Campaign (2016-2020) to FMCG activations such as the island-wide Unilever consumer engagement roadshows.

Tessa currently runs a team of young and dynamic millennials, managing Health Promotion Board’s and Workforce Singapore’s campaigns.

In other news, Julian heads the creative department. He is usually seen scribbling stuff on his Samsung Note or concepts on his Boogie Board (so he says).

Jessica oversees the Global Trade Retail divsion. She ensures the same high standards that her clients expect and are used to with VMSD. Equipped with more than 8 years of expertise in event management such as strategic planning, production, execution and overseeing various types of events.

Introverted, reliable, easy-going, straightforward, impatient are what Jessica's friends will call her but they're probably just scratching the surface with her work personality.

She believes in the simplicity and purity of one persuing one's passion and following one's heart. And she applies the same philosophy to lunch - she always knows what she wants for lunch and will travel for food.

James crash landed on to the advertising industry some 17 years ago, in Vietnam with a local creative agency. He obviously hasn’t looked back since. The quintessential and serial ideator, he thrives on everything marketing and creative expressions. Having lived and worked in 5 geographical locations over 20 years has made James socially and culturally very adaptable. He understands street and geek and everything in between.

A coffee addict, he only speaks grunt before his morning cuppa. Otherwise he’s an awesome beer buddy, a tennis enthusiast and a wannabe poet. James speaks fluent consumer behavourism, common sense and humour

James currently oversees the regional Strategic and Business Development as well as being heading the Malaysian office

Ringo is quite the industry veteran, having spent more than 28 years in various leadership roles in Sales & Brand Marketing and Strategic planning. He has also worked extensively in top tier companies such as Melco Crown Entertainment, Sands Group, Shun Tak Holding and Beijing Wanda Culture International Ltd.

Outside of work, Ringo enjoys the simple things in life. His ideal day out is spent with close friends and exchanging philosophical views on life or going for swims with his son. And it is absolutely true that he takes part in pop dance classes.

Ringo overseas the Hong Kong office and divides his time and responsbilities over the different divisions.

Pongpob spent more than 15 years in GTR (Global Travel Retail) industry and is probably one of the few in the Thai industry to have an allrounder perspective and experience, having been involved various creative projects as project manager, trainer, translator etc. with rural community people, urban leading companies, and international firms.

An explorer who enjoys traveling with learning to interesting places. No hesitate to invite him if you need an easy-going companion to explore any awesome destinations.

Pongpob currently takes care of the Bangkok office and spend most of his time in Business Development.

With a keen interest in Tourism, Ling has been in the M.I.C.E (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) industry for more than 15 years. Working with international trade shows and venues regionally in different roles has also helped her ability to connect with people from different walks of life and better develop successful long-term partnerships.

A self-proclaimed food gourmet who enjoys a good meal and experiments in her kitchen brings her joy too. However, let her go hungry, and you shall be warned!

Ling currently works with the Oomph team to provide, train, and manage outsourced staffing for events, activations, and in-store promotional activities.
